Flgihts connects users and airlines. We work to provide accurate flight details, but ultimately, it is the airlines that determine flight ticketing, availability, pricing, and policies. Do not book until you have read all airline-specific policies and procedures. All bookings made through Flgihts use "based on availability" and are not "confirmed" until payment has been received and you have received a payment confirmation email.
Flgihts pricing is ethical and is represented up front, with no hidden fees. Although the final charge may be impacted by any optional services the user selects during booking (eg seat selection, custom baggage, travel insurance, etc). Payments are processed through secure third-party channels. Therefore, Flgihts does not store any credit card/debit card information, so we cannot be liable for errors caused by third parties when processing payments.
We maintain transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Optional services selected during booking may affect the final price.
Airlines set they're own cancellation and refund policies depending on the flight. We can assist you in submitting a cancellation or change; however, we cannot affect the airline's cancellation policy for flights or when UPS or other airlines will process refunds. Be sure to check your airline's terms before purchase.
Users are prohibited from carrying out illegal acts. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent reservations, false information, harassment, or accessing the platform without permission. Violators may have their account suspended or face legal action.
All content and information on the Flgihts website—including all logos, text, or graphics—are owned by Flgihts or its licensors and are protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, or reproduce any content in any way or by any means without written permission.
Flgihts is not liable for any direct or indirect damages relating to the use of this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, cancellations, lost luggage, or any other issues related to travel that is managed by the airline. We are only responsible for presenting available flights on this platform and booking the flight.
